After iftar (fast-breaking dinner), Sudanese voices take the stage, zooming in on what’s going on in Sudan and what it’s been like for Sudanese Austrians and members of the Sudanese diaspora in Vienna.
In a moderated conversation, they speak about their connection to a fractured homeland, sharing personal stories of memory, resilience, and hope in the face of a brutal humanitarian crisis and factional war funded by international powers.
This event is organized by Palestinian (Hi)stories, in recognition that our tragedies are shared and our search for a way forward is intertwined. 
There will be an iftar dinner (5.30 pm) before the storytelling starts (7 pm), registration required. The storytelling portion is free entry but donations are encouraged and will go to Faal. We welcome dialogue – there will be space for questions and exchange. Event is in English and German with translation provided.
