Unmask … Seeing Beyond

What if you could truly see others—and let yourself be seen? What would it feel like to connect while recognizing our judgments, without the need to perform or fit into who you “should” be?

This immersive workshop invited participants to slow down and explore an embodied connection with themselves and others. Through mindful and creative exercises, deep listening, witnessing, and being witnessed became central practices.

Questions such as "Could you notice the moments when the urge to hide your true self arose?" and "Could you feel the parts longing to be seen?" encouraged playful expression through masks and other artistic approaches.

Participants arrived as they were and left feeling more relaxed, hopeful, and connected. Together, a space was created where showing up authentically felt safer.
