The Story of the Unwanted Plant

This immersive workshop explored topics of connection, resistance and resilience. Through breathing and movement exercises, deep listening, and collective storytelling, we engaged with the resilience of “unwanted” plants and their stories of survival and change. Together we breathed, explored, chanted, told and created new stories.
