Elisabeth Bernroitner (she/her) kuratiert und leitet seit 2011 die Theater- und Performance-Formate, 2023/24 war sie künstlerische Co-Leiterin des ArtSocialSpace Brunnenpassage. Sie ist Kuratorin transkultureller, zeitgenössischer Kunstprojekte. Das übergeordnete Ziel ihrer Arbeit ist die Diversifizierung des Kultursektors, ihr Fokus liegt daher auf der Entwicklung diversitätskritischer künstlerischer Konzepte, antidiskriminatorischer politischer Kunstpraxen und postkolonialer künstlerischer Strategien. 2016 bis 2019 im Vorstand der IG Kultur Wien, 2016 bis 2018 künstlerische und geschäftsführende Leiterin von PANGEA | Werkstatt der Kulturen der Welt in Linz. Davor u.a. Projektkoordinatorin am Tanzquartier Wien. Studium der Theaterwissenschaft und Kulturanthropologie sowie Visual Culture and Performance Art Practices in Wien und Madrid. 
Elisabeth Bernroitner ist selbstständig sowie im Rahmen von D/Arts - Projektbüro für Diversität als Diversitätstrainerin und Beraterin sowie als Autorin, Jurorin und Lektorin zu diskriminierungskritischen Praxen in Kunst & Kultur tätig.

Elisabeth Bernroitner (she/her) is curating and directing the theatre and performance formats since 2011 and was artistic co-director of the ArtSocialSpace Brunnenpassage in 2023/24. She is a curator of transcultural, contemporary art projects. The overarching goal of her work is the diversification of the cultural sector, her focus is therefore on the development of diversity-critical artistic concepts, anti-discriminatory political art practices and postcolonial artistic strategies. 2016 to 2019 on the board of IG Kultur Wien, 2016 to 2018 artistic and executive director of PANGEA | Werkstatt der Kulturen der Welt in Linz. Before that a.o. project coordinator at Tanzquartier Wien. Studied Theatre Studies and Cultural Anthropology as well as Visual Culture and Performance Art Practices in Vienna and Madrid.
Elisabeth Bernroitner is a diversity trainer and consultant, an author, juror and lecturer on critical practices of discrimination in art and culture within and beyond the framework of D/Arts - Projektbüro für Diversität.
